Alternation of fever and chills. Fullness and pain of the chest and lateral thoracic region. Taciturn, gloomy, lack of desire to eat or drink. Heart dysphoria (state of discomfort and anxious agitation) with frequent vomiting or discomfort in the chest without vomiting. Abdominal pain. Mass and hardness under the lateral thoracic region. Palpitations under the heart with dysuria. Absence of thirst with moderate fever and possibly cough
